What is the standard timeline for an RX order?
Order processing times for Rx orders is 4-6 weeks from the time it is submitted to the lab, to arrival at your door.
How long does a Frame Trial order take?
Once processed, it will only take a few days to receive the frames for you to try on. Once you find the best fit, send them back with the prepaid return label and we will place the Rx order to the lab as soon as you are ready.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped free via 2-day shipping with FedEx
How much will I have to pay for shipping?
There are no shipping fees. Julbo covers all shipping fees and return fees.
How do I return my Frame Trial order?
We will include a FedEx prepaid return label with your order.
How long can I hold on to the Frame Trial order?
You will need to return them within two weeks of receiving them, that should be enough time to find the right frame/lens combination.
Can I return my Rx sunglasses if I am not satisfied?
We stand by our products and if you are not completely satisfied with your JulboRX prescription sunglasses you can return them for a full refund within two months.
What Is The Julbo RX Lab Prescription Warranty
Julbo RXLAB prescription eyewear has a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defect regarding our special lens coatings, lens treatments or frame breakage due to material or defective workmanship. All warranty claims must be handled directly through the original dealer. If you purchased them from Julbo USA, please reach out to us. We stand by our products and if you are not completely satisfied, we will work with you to determine the best solution. Please Note: The Julbo RX LAB warranty does not cover scratched lenses or breakage caused by wear and tear. Julbo frames installed with non-Julbo custom or prescription lenses are not covered under warranty. This warranty extends only to residents of the United States.
